     ·  Pozitionat bine. Arata bine, curat.
     ·  Prosoapele de baie, foarte uzate, rupte. AC-urile din camerele de pe colt (care au 2 pereti din sticla) sunt depasite...nu fac fata caldurii excesive din zilele toride.
